Project Manager: $6 Million Furniture Package
Collaborating with a committee of Judges, the County Clerk, and District Clerk to select and design furniture for the 22-floor building, which includes Courtrooms, Court Suites, Public areas, and Offices. The furniture was procured using the TxMas Contract required working closely with the Harris County purchasing department through procurement and production. Worked on the construction site for 5 months to insure a smooth installation. In order to meet our tight schedule it required coordinating delivery schedules and installation while the building was under construction.
