As a commercial interiors boutique, we offer a single point of contact for your project requirements. We plan, coordinate and implement all project stages from design and planning to delivery and installation. As a single account manager, we streamline the process making your time more efficient and hassle-free.

All projects are assigned to a designated team at OFI that works collectively to ensure every detail is addressed and correctly communicated. When the project is awarded, our team assesses the job site to verify all site conditions. Our system of checks and balances guarantee that every aspect of the project is reviewed before and order is placed. Our partnership with your team guarantees optimum communication throughout the project.

Technical Services:

Our in-house technical services give us the ability to generate Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings, Computer Aided Planning (CAP) product specifications and inventory through asset management programs. Our design team works in tandem with the client’s contract A/D firm to support furniture specifications provided by OFI. To maintain and ensure consistent quality, our Director of Design coordinates efforts with the design team to streamline the process. Our in-house technical services include:

  • Space planning
  • CAP product specifications
  • Furniture specifications
  • CAD-design/rendering
  • Presentations space analysis
  • Field verifications
  • Inventory management software

Furniture Maintenance and Warehousing

OFI supports all manufacturer warranties as required for the life cycle of your product. This includes product inspection and assistance with implementation of repair or replacement. Beyond the warranty, we offer regular maintenance packages to keep your furniture fine-tuned. While these packages are not required, we strongly recommend them to help you get the most life out of your products.

Additionally, we offer warehousing and inventory management to our clients at our 10,000 square foot warehouse in West Houston.

Liquidation

When the products you have purchased no longer fit into your corporate office or style, we appraise the furniture to determine a secondary market value and work with our partners to provide you options to liquidate unneeded pieces.

Installation

OFI’s project managers work closely with our factory-trained, local installation teams to coordinate delivery and assembly of your furniture. Our project managers provide onsite control and management of your installation and are available to facilitate immediate service requirements of 2nd day adjustments that may occur.
