Project Manager: $5Million Furniture Package
Collaborated with a committee of Judges, the County Clerk, and District Clerk to select and design furniture for the 18-floor building, which includes Courtrooms, Court Suites, Public areas, and 835 Offices. Product was procured through the bid process; worked with the Harris County Purchasing department during procurement and production. Worked on site for 5 months to insure a smooth installation. In order to meet our tight schedule, it required coordinating delivery schedules and installation while the building was under construction. OFI was recognized as the “Best Installation Team” on the project for service and cooperation by Harris County and Architectural Firm PGAL. OFI saved the taxpayers $250,000.
